Using our Services
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mobile applications, website, and related services provided by Nero Apps LLC ("Nero Apps", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required. Use the Services only in accordance with applicable law, these terms, and relevant app store rules.
License and ownership
Subject to these terms and any applicable purchase conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our apps for their intended purposes on devices you own or control, as permitted by the relevant app store's rules.
Our apps, website, branding, designs, and software belong to Nero Apps or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or modify them without authorization, or reverse engineer them except where applicable law permits. You retain your rights to content you provide; you authorize processing and transmission of that content as needed to perform the features you request.
Apps downloaded through the App Store are also subject to the applicable end-user license agreement. Where no custom license agreement is supplied, Apple's Standard EULA applies.
Responsible use
You are responsible for the content you choose to process or send, for having the necessary rights and permissions, and for checking destination details and results before relying on them. Do not use the Services to infringe another person's rights, send unlawful or unsolicited material, distribute malicious content, bypass access restrictions, or interfere with the Services.
Keep copies of important files and independently confirm time-sensitive or important actions. Availability and results may depend on your device, permissions, network connection, and third-party services.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features require an in-app purchase or subscription. Available features, price, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before purchase. Purchases billed through Apple are charged to your Apple Account under Apple's payment terms.
Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. To avoid a free or discounted trial renewing as a paid subscription, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
Trial eligibility, duration, renewal price, and access after cancellation follow the offer shown at purchase and the applicable app store rules. Subscription price changes are subject to Apple's notification and consent requirements and applicable law.
For Apple-billed purchases, refund requests are handled through Apple's refund process. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable rules. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or other consumer rights provided by law.
Third-party services
The Services may interact with third-party devices, platforms, websites, or service providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; references to them do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including the use of third-party analytics, subscription, and attribution services.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the Services useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or error-free results. Features may change as technology, platform requirements, or service availability changes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. These exclusions apply only where lawful.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.
Ending use
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a material breach of these terms, security concerns, or a legal requirement. Any action affecting paid access remains subject to applicable consumer law and app store rules.
Uninstalling an app or ending use does not automatically cancel a subscription. Manage cancellation through the store that billed you.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Services or legal requirements. We will post the revised version and its date here and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired under applicable law.
